How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused first phase for a small or mid-sized business typically takes 6–12 weeks. Multi-company, manufacturing or heavily integrated projects take longer. You get a phased timeline after the discovery sessions.
Should we choose Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Community is open source and free of licence fees; Enterprise adds licensed apps such as full accounting, Studio, mobile apps and official upgrades. We recommend an edition based on the apps you need and your budget.
Can you implement Odoo if we are in a different country?
Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide, with overlap hours agreed around your time zone, and configure the relevant local tax and accounting setup.
Do we need custom development?
Often very little. We aim to use standard Odoo wherever possible and only customise where there is a clear business case, which keeps upgrades affordable.
What happens after go-live?
We provide a hypercare period after launch and then ongoing support, monthly developer hours or a dedicated developer — whichever suits you.
